After five months since the construction works of Katowice Business Point have started, katowicethecity.com asked Tomasz Czuba at Ghelamco Polska about the project and works progress. – Everything is under the schedule. At present, the underground car park is developing. This part consists of three levels and a half as the storeys are downhilled – said Czuba. – We are very positive about this investment. Two of our renting agents, King Sturge and DTZ are involved in negotiations with potential tenants and we are short of sign a first renting contract. The building will be available for our tenants in the first quarter of 2010 – he said.
