A new housing estate started to be erected in the northern part of the city. Wawel Service, a Kraków-based developer of the scheme, plans to construct a one building with the first stage of its Bytkowska Park.
The housing project is being built in the junction of Bytkowska and Telewizyjna streets on a 1,66 ha plot. First works have already been commenced and are conducted by Art of Concrete, a subsidiary of Pro-Invest from Katowice. According to the Wawel Service press office, the first building will be delivered in the first quarter of 2018.
The first facility will house 64 apartments and one retail unit. There will be six underground storeys and one level under the ground destined for a car park. Prices start from PLN 4 650 per one square meter.
Bytkowska Park will consist of four buildings and 245 apartments in total. The estate is expected to be finished in 2020. Architectural design of the scheme was prepared by Linia Architekci from Kraków.
It is the first housing project of Wawel Service in Katowice. By now, the developer was present in Kraków and Warsaw where the company has built approximately 2 500 apartments.
