Two valid planning consents for Sokolska approved

After receiving the approved valid planning consent for 17-storey apartment building at 30 Sokolska St., Hollybrook Polska decided to change previous building purpose for an office development and procured necessary administrative documents. Last months, the investor obtained two valid planning consents which are already approved – the one for a 7-storey and the second for a 13-storey office building. Hollybrook is still straddling which concept will be the best. The decision depends on the market condition.
