Prime Properties, a subsidiary of Centrum Development and Investments (CDI), has signed two lease agreements for 1 500 sq. meters of retail space in the planned Supersam shopping mall. The new tenants are Aldi and Kari.
Aldi is a German discount supermarket chain. The company has been present in Poland since 2006 and has more than 60 shops across the country. Aldi leased 1200 sq. meters of space in Supersam. Kari, the second new tenant, will occupy 300 sq. meters for its shoe store.
Previously, retail spaces of Supersam were leased by Multikino, Pure Fitness Club, EMPIK, SMYK, New Look, Camaieu, Rossmann, Coffee Heaven, Aroma Espresso Bar, Madagaskar, Swiss, InMedio, Bon Apetito, Lodomania, Twoje Soczewki, Mr.Minit, Biała Róża.
Supersam will be a modern shopping mall offering approximately 20 000 sq. meters of retail space for lease. An opening is planned for 2014. A total space of the mall will cover about 46 000 sq. meters including a three storey car park for 400 vehicles.
