TriGranit sold its plot near SCC

At the beginning of December katowicethecity.com presented an investment plot which was put up for sale by TriGranit Development Polska. Yesterday, the “Dziennik Zachodni” daily newspaper reveals that the plot was sold to the international hotel developer. The name of the company as well as the amount of the transaction stay unpublished. TriGranit was represented in this transaction by Colliers International Poland.

The 4 396 sq. m plot is localised near the Silesia City Center shopping mall in the junction of Chorzowska and Ściegiennego St. The parcel is under the City’s development plan which allows to build a hotel or an office building up to 55 metres high.
