Theater and apartments near “Spodek”

The City Hall of Katowice is going to adopt a resolution for development of the Theater of Opera and Ballet. The building would be localized in the area of future City’s cultural district near the “Spodek” Arena. This zone is already planned for the Silesian Museum, NPRSO building and International Convention Center. Administrative procedures for the Theater could be run not earlier than in 2015.

ING Real Estate Development, represented by the Arkat architectural studio, applies for an administrative decision for environmental constraints for development of the “Słoneczna Pętla” residential and commercial complex on Korfantego Av./Grabowa St.
