The third stage of Oak Terraces

According to redNet Property Group, the sales agent of Oak Terraces, the following, third stage of the housing estate is going to be launched in autumn this year. This phase predicts to raise four 4-storey buildings equipped with lifts connecting floors and the underground car park. Lodger cells will be also localised at the underground storey. The construction works shouldn’t be longer than 16 to 18 months.
Apartments provide areas from 40 sq. m for studios to 120 sq. m for 4-room apartments.
Available measurements:

• studio: approx. 40 sq. m
• 2-room: 50 and 58 sq. m
• 3-room: approx. 75 sq. m
• 4-room: 115 – 120 sq. m

A square meter price set the level of PLN 6 200.
