NAC dismissed appeal of Mostostal Warszawa

The National Appeal Chamber (NAC) rejected an appeal of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. (consortium leader) tendering for a contract to conduct a construction work on a new venue of the National Polish Radio Symphony Orchestra (NPRSO).

In the middle of December 2011, the City Hall of Katowice decided a two-staged limited tender procedure choosing a consortium of Warbud, PW “Ebud” – Przemysłówka and LTT as the prime contractor of the NPRSO’s new seat.

Prime contractor chosen for NPRSO new seat

In the middle of November, bids were opened for constructing a new seat of the National Polish Radio Symphony Orchestra (NPRSO) in Katowice. Four bidders were vying for the contract. The City Hall of Katowice has finished the two-staged limited tender procedure on Wednesday and chose a prime contractor of the investment.

The new seat of the NPRSO will be built by consortium of Warbud S.A. (leader), Przedsiębiorstwo Wielobranżowe „EBUD”
