The selling office of Oak Terraces (“Dębowe Tarasy”) has announced an advance sale of apartments within the third stage of the project. Reservation can be only made by the end of March – the official sale will be launched afterwards according to the selling agents.
The third stage of this residential scheme will consist of a 11-storey building with 218 apartments and two smaller, five-storey housing facilities offering together 100 apartments.
Everyone who had attended a presentation of Francuska Office Center could see the complex’s interiors and listen a few words about the investment. The presentation was guided by Karol Klin, Commercial Director of GTC.
