The Silesia Business Park, the office development of Skanska Polska, is currently in the process for obtaining a building permit for the first phase of the project. - At the start, we are going to rise one building where the office space is selling now.

Skanska predicts that in the year 2009 will be a drastic decrease in number of investment in cubature building, particularly the industry and residential developments will suffered. Infrastructural investments and projects fully financed by EU funds are going to have the lead as the most secure during 2009.

Skanska has decided to expand the market for the development of commercial projects in Poland to also include Katowice.
