Next stage of renewal starts in Silesian Museum area

New buildings for Silesian Museum

JESSICA helps to revitalize Hotel Śląski

Bank Ochrony Środowiska S.A. (BOŚ Bank) concluded a loan agreement within the JESSICA framework. The PLN 15,5 million project embraces the “Hotel Śląski” revitalization.

The present owner of the hotel – the “Browar Mariacki” company – decided to turn out the abandoned building into a hotel facility featuring a restaurant and brewery. The property is located at 15 Mariacka St. The “Browar Mariacki” is a subsidiary established by GC Investment and a private person.
