The RTV Euro AGD company, a chain of household and audio-visual equipments’ stores, has signed a final agreement for the lease of retail space in Galeria Katowicka. This shopping gallery will be built at Szewczyka Sq. and is a part of the Neinver’s commercial complex planned to be developed together with the new Railway Station building. The first tenant will occupy 2 240 sq. m in the building’s -1 level. The level will make a connection between the Railway Station’s hall and the underground bus station.
Cuchman & Wakefield, global real estate consultant, is looking for tenants for the new project in Katowice. The “Kostki” office complex will be localised at 108 Chorzowska St. in the existing buildings the opposite side of the Silesia City Center shopping mall. The refurbishment will adapt the old complex to environmentally friendly, modern architecture and energy-saving office spaces. Consists of three four-level buildings and about one hundred of above-ground parking places, the “Kostki” complex covers area of 9 375 sq. m of office space.
Cushman & Wakefield has been cooperating for nearly three years now with PKP S.A. in the process of commercial development of the State Treasury’s properties. Katowice Osobowa Railway Station in Katowice is only a few investments in which Cushman & Wakefield have participated as a consultant.

Planned modernization of the railway station includes the construction of a complex comprising a railway station, bus station, retail and service centre as well as business and cultural centre.
