Second stage of A4 Business Park is launched

Echo Investment started the construction of the second stage of the A4 Business Park office complex on Francuska Street in Katowice.

The second stage of the project involves the construction of a 10-storey building with an office area of approximately 9 000 sq. meters and an above-ground 9-storey car park offering 560 spaces. The completion of the building is planned for Q4 2014 while the car park is to be finished in Q1 2014.

Echo Investment launches A4 Business Park

Echo Investment announces to start the development of A4 Business Park, a modern A-class office complex located on Francuska St. near the A4 motorway. The developer has already chosen a prime contractor. Works are to be commenced next week.

A4 Business Park consists of three buildings with an underground car park. The first phase of the project includes the redevelopment of the surrounding road system and the construction of one building. It will offer 9 000 sq. meters of office space

GPP Business Park takes home Commendation of CEE Green Building Awards
