Glass is covering GPP Business Park

First of the four planned GPP Business Park’s buildings is currently being covered by sheets of windows glass little by little. Representatives of the Upper Silesian Industrial Park (GPP), an investor of the office scheme, confirm the building will be delivered in the second quarter of 2012.

GPP Business Park takes home Commendation of CEE Green Building Awards

The CEE Green Building Awards were designed to highlight past, present and future projects, which have been recognized as sustainable developments.

GPP Business Park is back on a track

After several months when a construction work on the first building of GPP Business Park was scheduling off, construction crews come back to the site now. The works suspension was connected with necessity of changing a building company. Meanwhile, the project was nominated for the Green Building Awards.

GPP is to implement Tri-Generation system

Construction work on the first building of the GPP Office Park was commenced late 2010 in the area of the Upper Silesian Industrial Park (GPP). Recently, the building’s structure was topped out. Meanwhile, the project was granted by the European Union. The funds will allow for implementation of the Tri-Generation system in the building.

“The system enables a simultaneous generation of electricity, heating and cooling from gas.
