Sport center in “Bażantów”

The Millenium Inwestycje Sp. z o.o. company is planning following investment in the “Bażantów” housing estate. A modern sport complex will be developed until 2012. The company is currently finishing an engineering design which is necessary to file a motion for a building permit. The complex will include: swimming pool, gym, fitness club, sweat rooms, tennis and squash courts. An open-air sports ground is planned as well as a part of the complex.

Except the future plans of the housing estate expansion, the company is progressing with the next stage of “Bażantów” which is a development of three 4-storey apartment buildings and a school. The school will be managed by the Congregation of the Pious Schools. The building is going to be equipped with modern solutions as a smart management system, and a work-room on the school’s roof with a small power station, an astronomical observatory and a weather station.
