Silesian Philharmonic is looking for prime contractor

In September was signed a contract for the extension of the Silesian Philharmonic. The project has already obtained a building permit and a contract engineer was chosen. A tender for a prime contractor was announced just now. Interested companies can file theirs offers until 14th of December, 2009. The construction works embrace a modernization of an ancient building with a concert hall for 424 spectators and to overbuild two additional storeys. Moreover, there will be developed a new chamber music hall for 110 seats. The extension has to be delivered until 30th of November, 2011.

The contract is worth net PLN 24.4 million. All the necessary informations about the tender are given by:
