Regeneration of the Market Square – Roundabout Area

Currently, Katowice faces up to the plans of the City Center redevelopment. The urban planning assumes to part the regeneration. A first zone is called the Market Square - Roundabout - site I-C. The City of Katowice is looking for the investors which would be interested in the project and are ready for a complex investment. Below, request of a pre-proposal.
