The subject plot is located on Pułaskiego St. near the “3 Stawy” recreation area (“3 Ponds”) and a commercial center including the “3 Stawy” shopping mall, Media Markt, Praktiker, the Muchowiec sport airport, the Campanile hotel and the Atrium and Millenium Plaza office buildings. The Paderewskiego housing estate is also placed in the area. The plot’s location gives a direct access to Górnośląska Av. – part of the A4 expressway. The A4 is the main east-west transit route in the City as well as one of Poland’s two major east-west transport corridors connecting Germany and Ukraine via Wrocław, Katowice and Kraków.
