Pronox Technology S.A., Katowice-based firm offering services in the area of consumer electronics and information technology, sold the right of perpetual usufruct to the land comprising two plots with ownership right to a building located at 32C Ignacego Paderewskiego St. The company of BFL Nieruchomości Sp. z o.o. was a buyer of the properties.
The two plots (no. 7/31 and 105/26) cover a total area of 4 772 sq. meters and are partially built-up by the building of a usable area of 3 013 sq. meters. A total value of the transaction is estimated at almost PLN 21,3 million including VAT. The financial means are to be distributed among creditors as Pronox declared an arrangement-bankruptcy.
