Union Investment Real Estate, an owner of „3 Stawy”, signed a contract with the shopping center’s manager Apsys Poland for investment management services of the mall modernization. The worth of the undertaking exceeds PLN 12 million.
The manager is responsible for the entire investment process – preparation of design documentation, acquirement of building permit, selection of prime contractor and commissioning of the building.
The works will include the modernization of common areas, re-branding and creation of new spaces for lease. According to the investor, the mall will get a new interior design inspired by the beauty and colours of nature as well as modern energy-efficient solutions.
The modernization works will be launched at the end of March and are scheduled for delivery at the end of the third quarter 2014.
The shopping center was built in 1999, covers the gross leasable area of 32 300 sq. meters and is located at 60 Pułaskiego St. In October 2011, the center was awarded Poland’s first Breeam In-Use certificate.
