Planning consent for Ułańska

The Pietrzak B.B. Sp. j. company has obtained a valid planning consent for a residential scheme on Ułańska Street, the opposite side of the Silesian Stadium. The administrative permission allows to raise the 65 metres high building with 21 storeys plus two under the ground as a car park. Additionally, the three bottom storeys are also designed for a parking lot and for a part of retail space on the ground floor. In all, the number of parking places is set for 287 vehicles. The total area of the building covers 26 791 sq. m where 19 261 sq. m is planned for 240 apartments.

Previously, the company had obtained a planning consent for a mixed-use scheme (hotel and apartments). The building plot and the project of architectural design are for sale.
