PKP and Hines officially went into a co-partnership

Polskie Koleje Państwowe (Polish State Railways, PKP) and Hines Polska, which had initialled a contract in November, officialy signed the document in the last days of 2008 and created a co-partnership in the name of future redevelopment of DOKP building and development of a new office tower nearby.
PKP and Hines expect to receive a valid planning consent for the project in next few months. The buildings design is preparing by world famous architect, Helmut Jahn.
