Outfittings of the Ligota Park’s first stage

In the middle of March, katowicethecity.com presented several photos of work progress at Ligota Park. Today, outfittings are almost done and habitants will settle the first stage of housing estate. The second stage is going to be delivered at the beginning of 2010. The whole project consists of 8 buildings which providing 360 apartments and was designed by Wojciech Wojciechowski. Atal Group, the developer of Ligota Park, is known in Katowice for its previous realization – a housing estate on Kolista St. in Giszowiec district.
