More about Best Western Hotel

This four-star hotel building development will be made up in two stages. The first one, which is already in progress, provides a redevelopment of “University” Hostel (190 rooms). The second stage predicts to rise a 15-storey building with 79 hireable apartments and a luxury penthouse on the top floor.
The first stage also involves a restaurant, fitness club, 4 conference rooms with 400 sq. m and 310 sq. m of banqueting hall which will be localized at ground level called “podium”. Its new design includes close-set aluminium “ribbings” embracing flat glasses.

The construction schedule predicts to finish the first stage by the end of 2009. The hotel will be manage by Best Western.
