Modernist Enclave in Kostuchna

Millenium-Inwestycje Sp. z o.o. is preparing to launch a new residential scheme within the “Bażantów” housing estate in the Kostuchna district. The estate will be located on Zabłockiego St. in the southern part of the settlement and is named Modernist Enclave (“Enklawa Modernistyczna”). According to the developer, the buildings’ design will refer to the modernism architecture and its leading motto “form follows function”.

At present, the offer features two stages of housing developments. The first stage consists of six single-family houses with an area from 260 to 300 sq. meters including garages. The developer already obtained a building permit and announces start of construction works this year. The first stage should be completed in November 2011. Prices of the houses with plots start from PLN 0,9 million.

The second stage of the project will deliver six houses covering area from 180 to 250 sq. meters. A following stage will feature five apartments between 105 and 230 sq. meters.

Modernist Enclave was designed by the “Małeccy” architectural studio from Katowice.
