Marks & Spencer, one of the UK’s leading retailers, plans to expand in Poland. The company considers a few new openings of its stores in key Polish cities. The list also includes Katowice.
According to the retailnet portal, Marks & Spencer is currently negotiating final terms and conditions to open the stores in new retail projects. The openings are also planned in existing shopping centers. As of now, the company is focusing on cities such as Warsaw, Poznań, Wrocław, Kraków, Gdańsk and Katowice.
It would be the first store of Marks & Spencer in the City. At present, the brand has 14 regular and 2 outlet stores in Poland. The company has been operating in the country since 1998.
Marks & Spencer offers fashion, food and homeware. Founded more than a century ago, today the brand owns more than 1 000 stores in 45 countries.
