LC Corp had commenced construction works on its first Katowice office scheme in August. Today, the company officially presented the project for the first time.
The office building is being erected at 10 Roździeńskiego Av. in the heart of the City. It will be located along „Drogowa Trasa Średnicowa” (Inner Relief Road) in the close proximity of the Scientific Information Center and Academic Library as well as opposite the new cultural district.
The office complex will comprise two 8-storey buildings with an internal atrium designed between them. The atrium will feature restaurants, cafes, shops and other retail and service units. There will also be a car park for 250 vehicles situated at ground and underground levels.
„Our facility is one the biggest being currently built in Upper Silesia. The prestigious location and modern architectural design are the response for the needs of dynamicly developing Silesian business sector” – commented Tomasz Wróbel, member of the board of LC Corp.
There will be two stages of the construction process. The first one, which is already underway, comprises the development of the „A” building covering 12 710 sq. meters of offices for lease and 1 030 sq. meters of retail spaces. The stage is scheduled to be delivered in the last quarter of 2014.
„The project is addressed to companies and institutions which become aware that office location is the integral part of its image. The modern form and eligible exposure will be a huge asset for the future tenants” – said Małgorzata Danek, responsible for the commercialization process of the building.
