Last stage of Ligota Park almost finished

The Ligota district will improve its housing sector soon thanks to the Ligota Park housing estate. The Atal S.A. developer is currently concluding the last stage of the project. The stage includes two five-storey facilites - the buildings number 7 and 8. The housing estate offers 412 apartments to buy, about half of it is already sold. Apartments in the buildings from number 1 to 4 are almost fully sold out. Prices starts at PLN 4 815 per one square meter. The estate was designed by the architect Wojciech Wojciechowski.
