Following square meters of office space in Euro-Centrum Industrial Park were leased. At the end of July, Konica Minolta Business Solutions Polska Sp. z o.o. has moved its office to the Park. As a part of Konica Minolta Holdings seated in Japan, the Poland’s representative in Katowice manges departments of business solutions for companies, sales and after-sales service.
In August, Erbud S.A. has joined to tenants cluster of the Park. This building industry company is focused on building-up new projects – both public and commercial, as well as residential, industrial and road building and renovation of existing facilities. Erbud S.A. is officialy listed on Warsaw’s stock exchange since 2007 and has several offices across Poland and Germany. Involved in many constructive projects in Europe, the company became a one of the most successful Poland’s building industry representant.
Except Erbud S.A., the second building branch company as a Park’s tenant is Mostostal Warszawa.
