Since January 2010, the Katowice office of King Sturge negotiated leasing contracts for almost 10 000 sq. meters in the City’s office buildings. The transactions were mostly signed for Katowice Business Point (KBP) of which King Sturge is the exclusive commercialization agent. Latest contracts in KBP were secured for about 1 000 sq. meters.
Additionally, the agency extended a lease agreement with Inkasso Plus for 137 sq. meters in Millenium Plaza. King Sturge represented the owner of the building, the Aviva company, in this transaction. A following company represented by the agency during leasing negotiations was Deloitte’s regional office in Katowice.
The Katowice Office was also appointed as an exclusive agent of a new B+ office scheme planned by Polimex Development Kraków. The 7-storey building covering area of 11 000 sq. meters will be located on Jankego St.
King Sturge’s office in Katowice was established in 2008 and is one of the two King Sturge’s locations in Poland. The main office is located in Warsaw.
