Several days ago katowicethecity.com informed that J.W. Construction had obtained a valid building permit for the first stage of its planned housing development on Tysiąclecia St. Now the developer releases visualizations of the investment.
The designed estate consists of five buildings. Each of the residential facilities present a bright, front elevation mostly formed by balconies that feature glass and coloured panelling. Residents of the top floors’ apartments will have terraces at their disposal. The developments’ facade will be crossed in a central part by a vertical line of flat glass in place of an internal staircase. The remaining elements of the elevation will be kept dark with different shades of gray.
The studio of “Moska i Rachuba” from Chorzów is responsible for the architectural design of the buildings.
Within the first stage, the company wants to erect two residential facilities of 17 and 11 storeys that will house retail units and 149 apartments. “We expect the works will be launched in the first or the second quarter of 2013 and will take from 18 to 20 months” – informed Małgorzata Ostrowska, director of sales department at J.W. Construction.
According to the last J.W. Construction’s presentation of the interim financial performance, there will be 6 255 apartments delivered on the Polish market in two years by the developer. 24 percent of the units will be erected in regional cities including Katowice.
