Holdimex have started right in on Brynów Center II

Holdimex Sp. z o.o., a Katowice seated developer of housing estates, retail and office buildings had obtained a building permit for Brynów Center II and have started the construction works at Gawronów St. This office development will be offering approx. 5 000 sq. m of leasable space with about 2 000 sq. m part for retail at the ground floor. The building is going to stand nearby Brynów Center I, which was developed in the year 2000. The developer is supporting by one of the leading property consultants agency with this investment. Brynów Center II should be ready in the first half of 2011.
