At present, last concrete works are being executed at the top floor. Installation and brick laying works are underway on the lower storeys of the 46 000 sq. meters retail and service facility.
The Griffin Real Estate investor has not yet revealed how the facade would finally look like. However, test examples of the elevation covering were mounted on the building’s east side. Latest visualizations of the facade were also published at the web page of the mall’s architects, Konior Studio (here).
The main characteristics of the building are the round corners and historic welded spans, which had been restored and preserved from the former Supersam hall. In the new building, the spans were mounted above an atrium and situated between two main entrances – the area is designed to be the central part of the mall.
The building is located at 6 Piotra Skargi St.
