Surrounded by trees and situated at “3 Stawy” (Three Ponds), the Green Park office center creates a perfect place for business. Accessible directly from Murckowska Street and localized at the border of Central district is offering 25 000 sq. m of office space in eight separate buildings with a differential height and cascade-construction. The complex was finished by the end of 2008 and its design was prepared by the AB-Projekt architectural studio from Tychy. The same studio is responsible for a look of the Atrium office building. Both developments are a result of Arkad-Invest Sp. z o.o., Katowice seated investor.
