On Friday, Griffin Real Estate (GRE) informed that Supersam will be opened on 8th of October. Customers will choose from 76 retail and services units. Knight Frank will be responsible for the management of the shopping center.
Supersam is being built at 6 Skargi St. in the downtown of Katowice. According to the manager, the mix of tenants will be complementary to the retail offer of the city center. There will be 24 brands, which has not been present yet in this part of Katowice. These are: Empik, Pepco, Aldi, New Look, Monnari, Sportsdirect, Atlantic, Silesia Jeans, Szachownica, Grey Wolf, UrbanCity, Sergio Leone, TextilMarket, KIK, Passero, Strefa Diet, Hobby4Men, Top Secret, Zzadimo, Esotiq, Pafoscan Sport, Greenpoint and Pure Jatomi.
„We are glad that the faith in the retail potential of this place was translated into the concern of tenants. The building will be fully let in the opening day. It is a huge success, given the fact that there are very few retail facilities represent similar achievements nowadays” – commented Grażyna Morawiec-Jóźwicka, director of Supersam from Knight Frank.
Apart from the fore-mentioned tenants, customers of the shopping center will choose from among following brands: Reserved, Cropp, House, Mohito, Sinsay, Rossmann, Wólczanka, Home&You, Yves Roche, Smyk and A Table. Additionally, a food court, hair and beauty parlours as well as other services will be offered.
Outfitting and final preparatory works are now being conducted in the building. Supersam covers the leasable area of 23 000 sq. meters including 5 000 sq. meters to be destined for offices. A car park for 400 vehicles will be located at top floors.
