The subject site is located in the very center of Katowice along Górnoslaska Street, approximately 2 km south-east from the main railway station. It is situated to the south of the A4 highway in the close proximity of the exits to Francuska Street. Additionally, the site is accessible directly from the highway thanks to routes, which enable to get to the shopping centres situated in its neighborhood.
