FOC got first tenant

Globe Trade Center S.A., a developer of Francuska Office Center, has signed a first lease agreement with Nordea Bank Polska S.A. Nordea, which is part of the largest Scandinavian financial group, will occupy 500 sq. m. of space in the 11 000 sq. m “A” building located at 34 Francuska St.

As last fit-out works are almost done and an occupancy permit will be given in a few weeks, the building’s spaces are going to be delivered to tenants before the end of May. A delivery date of the “B” building will depend on tenants interest. GTC assures that advanced negotiations with following companies are in progress.

Nordea is present on the Polish market since 1999. The Bank provides financial services to private individuals and companies.
