Euro-Centrum 95 percent leased

Leasing of the Euro-Centrum Industrial Park reached a level of 95%. New, four tenants at 103 Ligocka St are going to move in during June. The first one, DisplayLink, is a computer science company providing USB technology which allows a computer to connect up to six displays via a standard USB and work together as a one desktop. Moreover, Euro-Centrum will host two consulting companies – 2 Business Consulting Group Sp. z o.o. and 2 Business IT Solutions Sp. z o.o. Both of them offer a business and management consultancy in promotion, trainings and help to create a market identity. The last tenant is represented by WTM Investment Sp. z o.o.
