Environmental approval for Roździeńskiego Tower

LC Corp S.A. obtained an administrative decision concerning environmental constraints for a scheme of Roździeńskiego Tower. The building would be developed along Roździeńskiego Av. interjacent the Scientific Information Center and Academic Library and the future Silesian Museum. The 1 hectare development plot was bought by the company in 2008 for a record-breaking PLN 80 million. Leszek Czarnecki, a principal shareholder of LC Corp, said in April, that construction works would run in two, three years when the economic downturn was predicted to end up.
