Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed property manager of five shopping centres of EPISO 3, a fund managed by Tristan Capital Partners. The portfolio includes the „Dąbrówka” shopping center located in Katowice at 200 Roździeńskiego Av.
The fund acquired four shopping centers in southwest Poland (“Arena” in Gliwice, “Borek” in Wrocław, “Dąbrówka” in Katowice and “Zakopianka” in Kraków) and one in northwest Poland (“Turzyn” in Szczecin) for EUR 174,5 million. The transaction was concluded in October last year. Cushman & Wakefield is to take over the management of the buildings from DTZ in Q2 2014.
“Dąbrówka” is situated in the north-east part of Katowice. The mall was opened in 1999 and covers 2 762 sq. meters. There are approximately 800 car park spaces and 25 shops. Among key anchors are: CCC, Euro RTV AGD, Decathlon, Hebe and KFC. Hypermarkets of Carrefour and Castorama also border upon the mall.
