C&W appointed property manager for KBP

Cushman & Wakefield, commercial real estate brokers and consultants, has been appointed by Ghelamco Poland as a property manager for Katowice Business Point. Within the project services C&W is responsible for an operational and financial management of the building.

This A-class office building provides 17 000 sq. m. of leasable space. It comprises eleven storeys above ground with a three-level underground car par for approximately 200 vehicles. The ground floor will feature retail and services units. Katowice Business Point has already a first tenant which is PricewaterhouseCoopers. The company will move its regional office and Shared Service Center to the building from a different localization in Katowice. PwC will occupy 2 200 sq. m.
