Complete and build again

Reinhold Polska is currently finishing the first stage of Reinhold Center, the last completion works are going to be concluded soon. The opening is planned for the next weeks. Tenants are expected to move in at the beginning of Q2 2010. Michał Borowski, the Operational Director at Reinhold Polska, said to the Parkiet newspaper, that the company is going to sell all its Polish developments. It will make possible to finance following investments, also the next stage of the Katowice’s complex – the “D” building with approx. 12 000 sq. m of a leasable space. The developer expects to obtain a valid building permit in a few months as the administrative procedure is in progress now.
