“Borsall” apartments

The “Borsall” project is a stand-alone apartment building located in the junction of Franciszkańska and Smolna Streets in a villadom of the Ligota district. This residential scheme which is currently under construction, will deliver 19 top class apartments including penthouses on the last floor. The 5-storey building with an underground car park offers premises between 56 and 175 sq. m which prices were fixed at level of PLN 7 900 – 10 200 per sq. m. The development is raising by BD Inwestor Sp. z o.o. The delivery date is scheduled for Q2 2010.
