In Poland, the company raised or revitalized 61 pools, another 21 are under construction or renovation. The Berndorf Bäderbau Group generates sales of around EUR 40 million annually.
The investment will be carried out within the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) formula where, in this case, a private partner provides financing, know-how and experience, the City contributes a plot, subsidies and purchase of services and capital input are also possible.
The Water Park will be located on a 9,6 ha plot in the area of Ceglana, Kościuszki and Zgrzebnioka Streets, near the Tadeusz Kościuszko Park. The complex will combine two areas – sport and leisure facilities.
Now, the City Hall has 90 days to check terms of the offer and evaluate it.
