Apiss Center Point signs first tenants

Apiss Center Point, a 7–storey tenement being currently transformed into a modern office facility, signs its first three tenants. The building will be occupied by a lawyer’s office, a liquor store and Subway, an American restaurants chain that sells submarine sandwiches and salads.

All together, the tenants have leased 300 sq. meters of space.

Apiss Center Point is located in the very heart of Katowice downtown at 10 Mielęckiego St. After the renovation, it will offer approximately 2 000 sq. meters of office space and 1 000 sq. meters of retail space for rent. The retail component of the building is functionally independent of the office part.

According to the developer, DL Invest Group, first revamped offices will be delivered by the end of this year. The standard fit-out includes, among others, suspended ceilings, fibre optic connection and air-conditioning. A new elevation will be done in September. The building will also have its internal parking lot for tenants.
