A new office project for Katowice

Secus Property SA obtained a valid building permit for an office development on Piaskowa St. in Zawodzie district. The plot is localised near a road juction of Roździeńskiego – Murckowska – Bagienna streets. The building will deliver about 13 000 sq. m of B+ class office space. According to Artur Wnuk, CEO of Secus Property SA, a growing demand of modern office space in Katowice determined the decision about development. The company has already started to prepare for financial acquisition. Construction works will launch after finish negotiations with co-financing subject and pre-let office confirmations.
