A first tenant in Atrium

Atrium office building, the newest development of Arkad-Invest in Katowice is already hosting its first tenant – UPC Polska. The company is a countrywide provider of cable television, broadband Internet and telephony, hiring about 1 000 employees nationally. The office area rented by UPC seats customer service bureau and is situated on the Atrium’s ground floor.
In spite of Atrium’s opening, some office spaces are still finishing. The development offers 12 500 sq. m office and service facilities. An official address of the building is at 54 Graniczna St.
